AOC Community Media is excited to announce the official release of the Fall 2026 Teen Muse schedule, offering a new season of free, hands-on digital media arts classes for teens ages 12 - 16. Beginning Monday, August 31st, Teen Muse invites young creators to explore television production, video editing, Foley sound effects, horror make-up effects, and more through weekly after‑school sessions led by AOC’s expert production staff and guest instructors from Acadiana’s media community.
Teen Muse classes will take place on select Mondays from 4:30–6:00 PM at AOC’s downtown Lafayette studio, located at 101 Jefferson Street, Suite 100. The Fall schedule features a mix of technical skill‑building workshops and creative project labs designed to spark imagination, build confidence, and help students discover potential pathways in digital media careers. Whether a teen dreams of directing films, creating sound effects, or designing eye‑catching visuals, Teen Muse provides the tools, mentorship, and supportive environment to help them grow.
“AOC Community Media is dedicated to empowering our youth with the tools and knowledge to express themselves in today’s digital world,” says Tiffany Estes, Development Director. “Our Teen Muse program continues to reflect our commitment to nurturing young talent and giving students a space to explore, experiment, and shine.”
